Install comments:	Generally install into /usr/etc

Usage comments:		Works as daemon (started from rc.local), or
			from inetd (if you port an Inetd yourself
			from for example 4.3BSD-net2).
			We run as user root, but any user with read
			access to /dev/kmem would be fine.
