This directory contains the new Berkeley dump program.  It is barely
small enough to run on a separate I/D cpu without overlays.
	A new dumprestor.h header file is used to insure that data space is
sufficiently small.  This requires that dumpdir and restor be recompiled
also, and will make old dump format tapes incompatible.  Caveat emptor.
