NAME
       getarg, iargc - return command line arguments

SYNOPSIS
       subroutine getarg (k, arg)
       character*(*) arg

       function iargc ()

DESCRIPTION
       A call to _g_e_t_a_r_g will return the k_t_h command line argument in character
       string _a_r_g_.  The 0_t_h argument is the command name.

       _I_a_r_g_c returns the index of the last command line argument.
